dollars. police are still looking for the suspect who stole a car in san jose with an 11- month old girl in it this morning. baby gabriela was found hours later in the abandoned s-u-v gabriella has been reunited with her mother. san jose police was tipped off about the stolen jeep and officer responded. that was when they found gabriella inside the car. officer acosta rode with gabriella to the hospital. the youngster was given a toy to play with during the ride. then she was reunited with her mom. >> she started crying but then became very excited when she saw her mother. he was a very dramatic situationan 11-month old girl, taken amber alert cancelled. police discovered baby gabriela hours later in the abandoned s-u-v. today-- the suspect is still on the loose. officer carlos acosta describing the moments when he found 11 month old gabriella quintana late monday morning. gabriella had been missing for several hours a tip was called in about a suspicious jeep and officer acosta responded with his partner. the jeep was parked and the hazard lights were flashing. gabriella was inside. off

in oakland. reporting in oakland, kron 4. >> we're following a developing story right now out of san jose. where police are investigating the city's 7th homicide of the year this is video from our helicopter partnership with abc7 news. just before four this afternoon, san jose police received a report of a man-- believed to be stabbed--. it happened in guadalupe oak grove park in almaden valley. the victim is believed to be in his late teens or twenties. he was pronounced dead at the scene. it's not yet known what led up to the incident nor the motive. no suspects have been identified or apprehended. >> pam: tonight, in one contra costa county town. the warning to residents was simply this -- a high risk sex offender will soon be living in your neighborhood. that's the message that the sheriff's office gave to neighbors in bay point today. >> he will be under strict supervision. he will be under 247 gps monitoring of. he could be searched, tested at any time and as a curfew. it will be difficult to know what he will be going at every second vote will make every effort". effort at it." >>
for a san jose murder suspect is now state-wide. police are looking for 25-year-old juan ramirez, who is wanted in friday's fatal stabbing of his ex-girlfriend abc7 news reporter lisa amin guleziana has the story. >> reporter: they arrived with crosses and condolences. they are mourning the loss of their friend and family member, sandra gonzales. the young mother was stabbed to death a few feet from her home on north first street. now the manhunt is on for juan ramirez, the ex-boyfriend. >> he's apparently been trying to talk our victim for the last double years, multiple encounters with the police, reporting this type of activity. >> they said she lived here with her ten-year-old son she was outside a few feet away in the parking lot when ramirez stabbed her, stabbing her in the head and arms. >> held her head up, kept pressure on it and i said who did this? can you give me a name, any name? she couldn't really talk. >> ramirez ran away and police in the s.w.a.t. team surrounded the area. a door to door search led nowhere. during that time dents were told to stay in their homes. lowe
